Daily       $35  

Weekly    $175 

Monthly    $450 plus electricity 

Seasonal rates available 

$10 for additional vehicles over 2 persons

$10 for extra tents on sites. 

We are open from May 1 through October 31  

1. Pets must be on a leash at all times. All pet waste must be collected & disposed of properly.  Please don't leave your pet unattended.
2. The park will not be responsible for any theft or damage caused by others or natural weather. 
3. All sites are expected to be kept neat, clean, and free of rubbish or unnecessary clutter. 
4. Noise shall be kept at a reasonable minimum. Quiet time is from 10pm- 7am. 
5. Tenants and guest are expected to observe the 10mph speed limit in the park at all times. 
6. At times units may be used by other family members or friends. However, no subleasing of units by tenants without agreement and approval of management. 
7. Campfires are to be in pits provided only and no burning of garbage of any kind will be allowed. No moving fire rings without permission. 
8. No smoking in the bathhouse, laundry room or club house. Butts are to be disposed of properly, not on the ground.  
9. A dumpster is provided for garbage. Do not leave garbage on site or in restroom garbage cans.
10. No digging holes without permission from management to prevent hitting water or electrical wires that are throughout the park. Changes and alterations of rules are the discretion of Park Management. Any changes will be posted on the bulletin board in the laundry room.
